Skilfully playing a construction role, Sunbuild transformed the Old Harry Chan Arcade building according to the plans of the architect and interior designer.
In what was a dramatic facelift for the building, the site was converted into two levels of offices, including a basement car park. Stripping back the building, the team made structural additions and modifications before refitting the space to attract high quality office tenancies.
Always ambitious, the team included the specialist solution of alucabond cladding, which required flying in expert installers to train staff. Once again Sunbuild demonstrated its commitment to the best construction techniques.
