Another award-winning CBD refurbishment, Sunbuild’s 2011 commission for Cenfurn Investment required excellent stakeholder management in order to revitalise an iconic building for ANZ and meet strict criteria: a 5-star NABERS rating, meeting Federal and/or NT Government tenancy requirements.
The stringent guidelines were the kind of challenge Sunbuild enjoys and the team collaborated with partners Group 1 Consulting, TCM and Meinhardt in Victoria to deliver a cutting edge solution.
The project required exemplary management of stakeholders plus the ability to oversee all design and construction methods including reviews, thermal performances, mechanical power output and finishes.
