Bunnings awarded a compliant and alternative tender to Sunbuild for an 8000 series warehouse on Bagot Road in 2006.
Concentrating on efficiency, Sunbuild was able to re-design structural elements to create a more economically designed warehouse, delivering significant cost savings for the client.
The 8000m2 air-conditioned warehouse project featured administration areas, wet areas and café, a 200m2 internal timber yard, 300m2 outdoor nursery with shade sails and a 2000m2 outdoor timber storage yard.
