The 20-unit CDU Accommodation project is a perfect example of Sunbuild’s ability to use its strong subcontractor and client relationships, and expert project management skills to deliver on time regardless of minor design changes.
Situated on the Charles Darwin University grounds, work included the civil construction of an adjacent car park, stormwater and landscaping.
Excellent management ensured the project was delivered on time and within budget.
