Sunbuild won the competitive tender for the Darwin Middle School Multi-Purpose Hall, a new state of the art multi-purpose hall consisting of two GLA’s, teachers prep and storerooms, a large theatre with sprung floor and retractable seating.
The facility overlooks the high school sports oval and is surrounded by landscaped shaded areas and seating. Finished to the highest standard, the project features ply lined ceilings to the hall, exposed ductwork, Autex linings, off-form pre-cast concrete, polished and rock salt finish concrete and specialised sports and theatre flooring.
