The Cold Storage Transport and Storage Facility was tailored to meet the specific needs of temperature-controlled logistics. Featuring two freezers and one cool room, alongside additional amenities including dry storage, workshop and wash bays. The facility provides a complete solution for storage, maintenance and transportation of goods. This project involved installing 2.1-meter-high precast dado walls to enhance the durability and security of the dry store areas. The precast works were undertaken in-house by Sunbuild.
