Working closely with Mobile Electrics, which was responsible for its own electrical, mechanical and joinery contracts, Sunbuild completed this cost-efficient construction in 2009. Not only did the project include the design and construction of industrial warehouses; it also involved demolition of the existing workshop and the upgrade of an existing service road.
Featuring a new office space, showroom, sales, service facility and warehouse, the complex was designed to allow maximum airflow, incorporating high-level louvers and ridge vents, enabling a cost efficient structural design.
