The new Northern Land Council (NLC) Darwin Office Precinct is set to unite the NLC group within a purpose-built, architecturally designed facility. Currently under construction, this project is slated for completion by August 2025.
The precinct will feature a modern three-storey office building with two levels of basement parking, alongside three single-storey warehouse-style buildings. These will provide ancillary storage space, fleet garaging and maintenance, minor light industry activities, and a training area.
The architectural design, characterized by its curved features and timber finishes, combined with a landscape design that includes extensive planting of native species, will offer variety and visual interest at the street level.
