Spanning a massive 9,500 square metres, the high-grade fit-out of the Charles Darwin Centre not only covered nine floors but also incorporated elements of the final design into the base building, delivering cost savings to the client.
Consisting of large areas of fixed two-pack joinery, credenzas, shop fronts, glass partitions and communication rooms, the company delivered a truly modern and stylish result for the Northern Territory Government.
Exhibiting its holistic approach to projects, Sunbuild had all essential infrastructure covered, including communications, audio visual, extensive security and electronic access control, as well as a fully integrated BMS system controlling lights and air-conditioning.
