Constructing a two-storey office complex in the high profile Fannie Bay in 2002 became slightly more complex for the Sunbuild team due to the site being a public thoroughfare.
The company’s strict adherence to laws and codes made the site safe as the large corporate grade commercial space was constructed. As the modern complex was completed, fencing and scaffolding maintained the safety of the public at all times.
