As a Sunbuild owned and architecturally designed development, The Breeze Apartments gave the company the freedom to harness its full powers of efficiency, control over materials and innovative processes.
Constructed in collaboration with TCM, and Architectural Water Solutions, the building is a perfect marriage of high quality and cost efficiency. The result is the construction of 15 beautiful modern apartments (12 two-bedroom with ensuite and 3 one-bedroom apartments) using innovative techniques.
Using methods such as a post tension transfer slab on Level 1 helped Sunbuild reduce the weight of the reinforcing and cubic metres of concrete used on the slab, meaning the project’s quality finishes were maintained while the solution was extremely cost effective.
