In line with the beautiful plans of the highly esteemed John Spellman and Jackman Gooden Architects, the Tremontana Restaurant was a vivid and innovative fitout with specialised finishes.
The restaurant features an illuminated stone bar top, light boxes behind the bar, automatic frosting doors, exposed inverted concrete stairs and polished concrete slabs with coloured beer bottle glass scattered throughout.
Delivered on design brief, within the project timeframe and with all appropriate licensing and certification for the restaurant and bar, the fit-out exceeded expectations and was highly commended by the MBA.
